I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the service I have received at you dealership. I drove from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to purchase a boat and have to say it was well worth the trip. The transaction went very smooth and it was a great experience. But the best part of the experience was the work and effort that Charla put forth to ensure everything was perfect. Upon purchasing the boat, the cushions were moldy and deteriorating from sitting out on the lot. Charla ordered new cushions without me even having to request that it be done so I left the old cushions at your dealership. After I returned home I was notified that the cushions were delayed. Charla took the time to pack the old cushions and send them to me until the new ones arrived. We had family coming in town and would not have been able to take them out on our new boat had she not made the effort to do that for me.

I received the new cushions and was missing one which she quickly contacted Nautical Star and had the issue resolved. I also had a problem with the gps/sonar which she was able to quickly get me in touch with the manufacturer to take care of that as well. I apologize for the long-winded email but even with this wordy response doesn't justify the personal touch that Charla placed on the entire experience. You are truly blessed to have her as part of your team.
